Article 1 : General acceptance of conditions of sale
To create and fill out a purchase order on this site and confirmation of this order is full acceptance of all general sales conditions.

Article 2: Sales contract conclusion
The sale is made in compliance with Canadian rights and in accordance with the regulation on remote sales as soon as the purchase order is validated. Automatic recording of the purchase order is regarded as proof of the nature of the convention and its date. Upon reception of the order and after validation of the payment, Ergolines Online Store who sends the purchaser a confirmation indicating the selling price without transport fees accepts the order. Later, Ergolines Online Store will confirm the total amount of the order including the transport charges. Accordingly, Ergolines Online Store informs the customer by Email in the event of refusal of an order.

Article 3 : General obligations of each party

Article 4 : Price, invoice

4.1 Prices:
The global price indicated on the E-mail confirmation by Ergolines Online Store is not the final price. This confirmation only includes the price of the item. Transport charges if applicable and taxes will be added thereafter in a final confirmation. Outside Canada custom taxes can be added to the final price indicated and remains the responsibility of the recipient.

4.2 Invoice:
An invoice is provided for each order.

4.3 Modes of payment:
Payment for the products is possible with Purchase Order, Visa Credit Card, Mastercard and American Express.

4.4 Safety of payment:
Entry by the customer of his credit card number as well as the expiry date is done by telephone, in the secure payment zone on our website.

Article 5 : Transport, delivery

5.1 Costs:
Any delivery is tied to the integral and preliminary price. The expenses of packaging, port and route are always the responsibility of the customer. When they are dispatched, the goods always travel at the risk and danger to the recipient. Transport is carried out at our convenience, by, mail service or private conveyor. If a order is bellow 75 $, a handling charges of $ 10 will be apply.

5.2 Delivery periods:
Delivery periods are not contractual. They are generally 72 h over Canada and approximately 14 days for outside of Canada unless advised differently by email or telephone by one of the representatives of Ergolines Online Store. In the event of unavailability or out of stock on an ordered item Ergolines Online Store is committed to delivering the article(s) within 60 days.

5.3 Transfer of the risk:
The transfer of the risks on the products take place as soon as the products are handed over by Ergolines Online Store to the conveyor.

5.4 Restrictions:
All merchandise should be inspected for any damage in the presence of the conveyor. The client can only return an item in the event that the delivery is not in conformity with the order, or in case of deterioration. In such a case., a note will be included in the bill of lading and the delivery refused. All shipments that are refused by the clients must be confirmed by email or by mail to Ergolines Online Store

Article 6 : Property
All items remain the property of Ergolines Online Store until total payment of the items.

Article 7 : Retractation
Ergolines Online Store offers a 7 day (working days) period on all exchange or return of items. The client is responsible for all return fees inherent to transport. All items must be returned in perfect condition. The item may be replaced or refunded. All reimbursements will be made within a 30 day period. Concerning replacement of several items, should the price difference be in favour of Ergolines Online Store it will be paid by the client by credit card, before any new shipment. Should the price difference be in favour of the client, Ergolines Online Store will pay the difference within 30 days.

Article 8 : Return Policies

8.1 : Refund
There are no exchanges or refunds on any accessories including ObusForme Back Products, Pillows, Wrist Rests or packaged materials. Customers have 2 working days from receipt of purchase to receive a full refund on office chairs and industrial seating. Exchanges for another product are accepted for 1 week from receipt of purchase. The customer has 2 days to return or exchange all executive seating and 1 week to return or exchange the kneeling chairs. There are no returns or exchanges on furniture, keyboard trays, Backsaver recliners or custom orders.

8.2 : Repair
There are no charges for repair estimates. Charges for repairs are a $60.00 per hour rate with a half hour minimum of $30.00. Part replacements are warrantied for 90 days and labour is warrantied for 1 year. Please call for an appointment. DO NOT bring your chair into the showroom without contacting us first (604) 736-7623.

Article 9 : Waranty Exclusion

All natural wearing or damages caused by exterial accidents or modifications of the product not approved by the vendor will not be covered in the warranty.

Article 10 : Major events
Ergolines Online Store will not be responsible for any clause in the contract regarding damages originating from acts of God, or war, or strike and etc...

Article 11 : Applicable law
Both parties agree that this contract is submitted to Vancouver Law and that the english language will prevail over any other translation.

Article 12 : Competence
Should there be any contracdictions regarding the interpretation or the execution of the present conditions, express competence will be assigned to the Canada courts.
