SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES
The order generated by the Ergolines Online Store is not the official invoice and does not include the transport charges, the taxes and the custom fees if applicable.
Shipping charges and taxes if applicable for your statut will be applied on the final invoice. A copy of the invoice will then be sent to you.
Your order will ship as soon as availability is confirmed and credit is approved. Orders will ship via UPS unless instructed otherwise.
If an item is not available, you will be contacted and provided an ETA.
BUSINESS HOURS:
Our business hours are from 10:00 AM - 6:00PM Monday to Friday. Orders placed overnight will be processed next business day.
RETURNS:
All returns will require an RMA# which can be obtained by contacting us at RMA Request or 1-888-8CHAIRS.
Return for credit will only apply to items purchased within 30 days. Beyond this time frame, all returns will either be repaired or replaced.
